Smart And Great Ways To Challenge Self – 

If we don’t challenge self, it means we don’t want to change.

Every one of us should accept that change is constant as we all will always have a room for improvement.

To improve self we cannot sit in our comfort zone and expect change. It’s important we challenge self to change and improve, push out of our comfort zone to experience new things.

Becoming better is by challenging self both personally and professionally. 

Here, I share the great ways to challenge self and become better: 

Learn And Try Something New: 

Make a practice to keep learning new things that creates value addition and are challenging. Continuous learning will keep us sharper and improves our memory. This learning can be anything that can help us becoming better, be it on our personal/professional/social front.

Additionally, try something new that we haven’t tried earlier. It can be anything that can push us out of our comfort zone, be it a new look or a makeover of self. This is because it builds self confidence in us, make us adaptable to change and  take up challenges. More importantly it gives us self-satisfaction of trying something new.

Take Up Self Challenges:

Many of us will be living in the comfort zone and would not like to come out of it. This can be because of the trusted options we have which we might have tried earlier. Coming out of this comfort zone and taking up self-challenges are necessary in this present society and we may come out with some good positive results. Simple self-challenges like if you want to cut on our Non-vegetarian food take up a challenge where you will go Vegetarian may be a month.or want to cut your usage of gadgets take up Digital Detox Challenge.

Stop Complaining:

One of the good ways to challenge self. We may complain on many things and many times as we may find many things to complain about. This can only add and increase our stress and the stress of the people around us. Remember complaining is not the way to let-out and vent out our frustrations.Take up a challenge to stop complaining and additionally proactively replace those negative thoughts with something positive. Remember “Our thoughts are responsible for the amount of happiness we experience”.

Practice Change And If Required Quit:

In our day to day life we may be very busy that we may not be able to notice and quit the unhealthy attributes that we may have. It’s a good way to challenge self to change this sort of attributes, set milestones work on them and if required quit them permanently.  Make this as a constant effort to identify this sort of attributes, challenge self in changing ,giving them up and become better…

I am sure by practicing these we will transform self to better person.
