A small manageable change that have a big impact. Yes, an additional 30 minutes in the morning can make a big difference, especially when we want a change and when we want to start something new.

This 30 minutes a day helps us in many ways. It also prevents rescheduling our tasks in the last minute which may create havoc and unnecessary stress.

Close The Tiny Things That Are Lying Pending:

We all have some or other small things that are kept pending and may be disturbing us. Sorting out these few little things can free up our mind and make us more energetic and plan for our new changes. 

Pick up just one or two may be in a day which may take few minutes and we will be surprised to see that what were lying pending from a long time can get closed in a short time.

This will make us feel much better getting them out of our to-do list.

Recycle The Items/Things That Are Not Useful:


Practice to recycle the items that are not useful. When we see something lying and unused for long time it’s good we recycle them or give away. This need not be a planned activity like once a month or some time, it’s good as and when possible as it may not take much time and this can help in cleaning our mess if any.

For an example some plastic or metal items in our house. There can also be lot of things even at our office that can be recycled.

Spend Time With Family And Relatives:

Spending time with family, friends and relatives is a great change even if it may be having a cup of coffee or snacks together.

Families who enjoy sharing family activities can develop strong relationships and create wonderful memories. 

The other good way is to celebrate family traditions. Celebrating family traditions keep our and also extended families closely knitted. 

Additionally, take some time to talk to our kids and parents as this is very important for a memorable bonding. Some researches reveal that children who spend quality time with their family become good in building and maintaining relationships, become more sociable with self–esteem.

This is also a great stress buster and can create a healthy lifestyle.

Reduce Social Media Usage:

People are really getting addicted to social media in the present world. There are lot of social media platforms that are designed in such a way that they make us repeatedly use and check them, turning it to into a habit.

Few researches reveal that people are cutting down their breaks and are even ready to avoid their breaks at their works to use social media. 

There may be weekends where we may notice that two/three hours have just flown up we being online on some platform and we may realize that they were unproductive.

So its important we monitor our social usage and try to ensure that we do not waste time.

Replace Our Favorite Junk Food With Healthy Alternatives We Like:

Frequent consumption of junk and fast foods may have a snow ball effect, turning into habit and can become a serious concern. We all know that these junk foods may contain preservatives, addictive chemicals and artificial colors etc. which are harmful. 

Remember eating healthy have multiple benefits. More importantly it makes us feel better and healthier. 

It may not be easier as said but over a period of time it’s achievable. We will slowly get adapted to the healthy alternatives which can be nutritious than our just calorie adding foods. 

Stop Comparing:

The fact is in the game of comparison we will never match up and there may always be a gap. There can always be some one more accomplished or more successful than us. This does not mean we are no where.

All that we need to have is a starting point , set our own milestones and start measuring our progress. The real focus should be on the efforts we put, the progress we make and finally the impact this progress have on us.
